REGISTER NOW

All players must register online for the upcoming season.

There are two types of registration, please read carefully below to understand how to register correctly.

1. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
- If you are registering as an individual and not with anyone else, you do not need to fill in group representative box during registration.       - The league will place you on a team, your team rep will contact you prior to league play.

To Register as an INDIVIDUAL

Page 1: Create Pointstreak account- then click SUBMIT (anything with * symbol, you must complete)
Page 2:  Scroll down page and Click "add new" to register your child (DO NOT fill in Email box for child)
click CONTINUE REGISTRATION at bottom of page.
Page 3: Scroll to Bottom of page,click I ACCEPT, type in participants name, then type in parent/guardian name.
Page 4: Complete all questions with * symbol, scroll to bottom and click ADD TO REGISTRATION
Page 5: AT END OF REGISTRATION PROCESS you must select a payment option in order to be registered (credit/debit OR pay later by E-transfer); If you do not choose an option you will not be registered and have to go through entire process again.




 

The league will allow/encourage players to register and play together.
- However, to try and keep balance within the teams we are allowing group sizes to be no larger than 3 players.

IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOU ARE ON THE SAME TEAM - Please read and follow instructions below.

A. Groups of 2 or 3 will be allowed to register and be placed on the same team
B. Each player in the group still must register online separately. 
C. Example of Group Registration
- Three Players want to register together (Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier and Grant Fuhr)
- They all decide to use WAYNE GRETZKY as name for "Group Representative" during online registration
- During their registration process they all MUST put WAYNE GRETZKY in the group representative box.
Note:  Wayne Gretzky (the group rep) still must put his name in group representative box, during his online registration.

** This is the only way the league can identify who wants to play together.

HOW TO REGISTER AS GROUP

-  When you get to group representative box, you MUST put the same name as everyone else in your group

VERY IMPORTANT WHEN REGISTERING A GROUP
During the online registration process, there will be a GROUP REPRESENTATIVE BOX.
A. Select one person's full name from your group.
B. Put that name in the "Group Representative Box" during your online registration process
C. Every member of your group should be using the same name during registration process.
D. Everyone in group must do their own online registration for Liability purposes.
